No Vexor account
Vexor does not ask you to register, log in, or create a profile with us. We do not operate an identity database for the app.
Your iCloud stores and syncs your data
Your lists and shared-list activity use Apple CloudKit in your own private and shared iCloud databases. Vexor does not operate an application server that receives or stores that content. Apple’s handling of iCloud is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
On-device intelligence
Smart suggestions use deterministic parsing and, where available, Apple’s Foundation Models on your device. Task text is not sent to Vexor or a third-party AI provider for processing. Suggestions are constrained to lists and tags that already exist in the app.
No analytics or tracking SDKs
The release app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, usage analytics, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not build behavioral profiles or sell personal data.
Places and location
If you choose to pin a place to a list, the selected place details can sync with that list. On iPhone, arrival detection is performed by iOS so the app can offer the checklist. Vexor does not monitor location on Mac, operate a location-history service, or store your live location.
Sharing
Each list is independently shareable through iCloud. People you invite can see the content and visible history for that shared list. Only share a list with people you trust.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple
If you start a trial or subscribe, Apple processes the purchase and provides the app with a signed entitlement indicating whether access is active. Vexor does not operate a payment or receipt server and does not receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Contact and support
If you email us, your email provider and ours necessarily process the address and content you send. We use it to respond to your request and do not add it to a marketing list. You can contact support@vexor.me.
